– Store pieces carefully to prevent friction with other items, or knots in the case of chains.

– Clean pieces only with a soft, dry cloth. Legally, the items listed on the page come with a 2-year warranty.

You should send the piece to us for analysis. After review and confirmation of the warranty validity, the product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost.
