Return policy

**A – Rules Applicable to Exchanges and Returns:**

1. In accordance with the applicable legislation (DL No. 24/2014, of February 14, amended by Law 47/2014, of July 28), the User/Consumer has a period of 14 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), starting from the day the items are delivered to the specified address, to withdraw from the contract, without paying compensation and without needing to provide a reason.

2. The right referred to above must be exercised by the User/Consumer by filling out the Withdrawal Form (legally approved model) available on the website.

2.1. Alternatively, the User/Consumer may contact the customer support line, which will assist in filling out the Withdrawal Form. The form will be sent to the email address provided by the User/Consumer, who must then return it to Só Pratas, confirming its contents and their intention to withdraw.

3. If exercising the Right of Withdrawal, the User/Consumer must return, at their own expense, the products in the same condition they were received, along with the corresponding warranty certificate(s), instructions, and other documents that accompanied the products, including packaging, any accessories, and the purchase invoice at the Só Pratas physical store.

4. All elements provided with the product (including packaging and any accessories) are essential for any exchange or return. The warranty certificate and the purchase invoice are necessary for exercising the rights arising from the legal or voluntary warranty provided by the manufacturer (see section 10 below).

5. If the User/Consumer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal as mentioned in points 1 and 2, but does not return the product(s) to Só Pratas within 30 days from the date they received the product(s), the withdrawal will have no effect, and the amount paid for the product(s) will not be refunded. The same applies if not all elements mentioned in point 3 are returned in perfect condition.

6. Once the products are returned, Só Pratas’ technical services will analyze them and verify the condition of the products and whether all elements mentioned in point 3 have been returned.

7. Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use or misuse (including but not limited to scratches, signs of falling) or if seals are broken. In these cases, Só Pratas will not refund the amount paid and will return the product to the consumer in the condition it was received.

8. Personalized items, or items customized according to the consumer’s specifications, cannot be exchanged or returned.

10. After analysis by Só Pratas’ technical services, and if the returned products meet the conditions mentioned above, the amount paid by the User/Consumer will be refunded within 30 days from the date Só Pratas received the withdrawal notice or the date the product was returned, whichever is later.

11. The refund will be processed automatically to ensure efficiency and convenience for the Consumer, and it will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order, within the aforementioned time frame.

12. When making an exchange, the consumer may choose another product of equal or higher value, or request a voucher for the exchange value, which can be used in-store within 6 months.

**B – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction of Portuguese Courts**

1.1. The use of the website, as well as transactions, contracts, and agreements made through it, and the interpretation and application of these general conditions, are governed by Portuguese law.

1.2. Any dispute arising from the use of the website, transactions, contracts, or agreements made through it, or the application of these general conditions, will be exclusively subject to the Portuguese courts.

**C – Legal Information to Be Provided to the Consumer**

1. **Information About the Right of Withdrawal (pursuant to point j of paragraph 1 of Article 4 of DL No. 24/2014, of February 14, amended by Law 47/2014, of July 28)**

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract through the contacts provided below, via an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

**Effects of Withdrawal**

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You should return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you wish to return the goods via a carrier, the direct costs of returning the goods are estimated at approximately 15.30 EUR (VAT included at the applicable rate).

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
