In compliance with Article 18 of Law 144/2015, consumers are informed that for alternative dispute resolution, they should contact our company via email at geral@dprata.com, the competent Consumer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity for their area, or use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

As this is an online sales website, the competent entity is the Arbitration Center for Consumer Disputes corresponding to the consumer’s domicile.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or the following alternative consumer dispute resolution entities:
